County plans eminent domain to acquire Fisher Island fuel depot

MIAMI — Miami-Dade County says it will pursue eminent domain to acquire the fuel facility that supplies PortMiami.

Mayor Daniella Levine Cava made the announcement after negotiations to purchase the property broke down.
