Police search for missing 15-year-old girl last seen at Plantation High School

PLANTATION, Fla. — Authorities in Plantation are searching for a 15-year-old girl who they say was reported missing.

Officers with the Plantation Police Department said Kayla Anthonique Simpson was last seen on May 6 at Plantation High School, located at 6901 NW 16th St.

Police said Simpson is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 110 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a white long-sleeve top, a gray shirt and black slides with a large colorful bow in her hair, according to police. She was carrying a black backpack and a small black purse.

Police said Simpson has a “blessed” tattoo on her right ring finger and a nose piercing.
