Taste the Gables is back, giving diners the opportunity to enjoy prix-fixe menus and exclusive dining deals at more than 75 restaurants throughout the city. The month-long event offers discounted multi-course meals, making it an affordable way to explore new restaurants or revisit local favorites before Miami Spice begins.

One participating restaurant, Beauty & The Butcher, is showcasing the same dishes it serves year-round rather than creating smaller portions or limited-time offerings for the event.

“Taste the Gables is an exceptional deal,” said Chef Jeremy Kermisch of Beauty & The Butcher.

Kermisch said guests can enjoy three courses for $60, including menu favorites like the restaurant’s signature pork chop, which normally sells for $49 on its own.

“We are not holding back on portion sizes or quality or a special menu,” Kermisch said. “Everything is on our current menu.”
