FIFA World Cup 2026: Miami Beach hosts France vs. Morocco watch party

SOUTH BEACH, Fla. — Miami Beach is hosting a FIFA World Cup watch party for the quarter-final match on Thursday afternoon in South Beach.

The city will be playing France vs. Morocco, which starts at 4 p.m., on a large screen at Lummus Park, near Ocean Drive and 14 Street.

Kylian Mbappé, who faces a heat advisory in Foxborough, Massachusetts, scored his 19th World Cup goal with a penalty kick in the 70th minute when Les Bleus eliminated Paraguay 1-0 on Saturday.

The Local 10 News Weather Authority meteorologists warned that the heat index is set to soar to 105 to 110 degrees, so be sure to take hydration breaks.

Sunrise ride to stadium: The Amerant Bank Arena has free parking for FIFA World Cup ticket holders who ride Broward County’s free Express bus transportation to the Miami Stadium, also known as Hard Rock, in Miami Gardens.

July 19: The final match is at 3 p.m.
