PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. — Juded Telfort shared surveillance videos after a burglar broke into his office in Pembroke Park twice in July, and he turned his walls into Swiss cheese.

Telfort, the owner of the Jude & Jude tax office at the Hollywood Shopping Plaza, said the same burglar broke into his office at 520 Hallandale Beach Boulevard.
“He is really slim, and he crawled in,” Telfort said, adding that the burglar set off a motion detector.
There were burglaries on July 14 and July 28. During the investigation, Pembroke Park police officers reported recovering a black knife and a blood sample.

“What is he looking for? Because there is no money here,” Telfort said.
On Tuesday, Pembroke Park police officers arrested Lawrence Ganswith, a suspect in the burglaries, who denied having committed any crimes.
“I did go inside the building,” Ganswidth told a detective, according to police.
Corrections booked Ganswidth at the Broward County Main Jail in Fort Lauderdale.
Ganswidth faced charges of criminal mischief of over $1,000 and two counts of burglary of a dwelling with structural damage of more than $1,000.
Records show Ganswidth was arrested last year for loitering and prowling in West Park.
