The Sunny Isles Beach Police Department released video of the traffic stop on Collins Avenue at gun point.
It resulted in the arrest of Andy Louis, who was accused of trying to evade cops.
The audio of the dispatch calls was also released. Louis got stuck in traffic and then decided to follow orders.

There were stolen debit cards and forged checks in his car, police said. Louis’s passenger was a woman who had a warrant out for her arrest for prostitution.
Louis faced charges of fleeing and eluding a marked police car and posession of forged notes. He already had a criminal history that included fraud.
