She spoke with Local 10 News a day after the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office dropped all charges against her.
The 29-year-old mom was accused of molestation and posting lewd videos of her 4-year-old son online.
She says: Not true.
“I feel like I’m dreaming,” Viana said. “Like a bad dream. In my mind, I never (did) anything wrong.”
Police records show it was social media giant TikTok that flagged one video from her account as “child sexual abuse material,” allegedly showing the boy only with a shirt on, naked otherwise, and Viana touching him.
On Aug. 5, the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office would arrive at her house in southwest Miami-Dade.

“I was like, that has to be a joke,” her cousin, Raúl Salazar said. “We’re like, That’s not the kind of person she is. That’s not something that she would do.”
Deputies said Viana consented to having her phone searched.
That’s when they found another video of her kissing her son. Viana maintains they were normal, innocent pecks between mom and child.
In a closeout memo, prosecutors say the state “is unable to proceed with criminal charges” and that “there is no evidence of sexual intent” in either video.
Viana says all she wants now is to be with family.

“They’ve got to be really mindful of the accusations they make before ruining a reputation,” Salazar said.
