MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — First responders were quick to respond after receiving reports of a driver who crashed her vehicle into a El Palacio de los Jugos location in the West Kendall area.

It happened around 3:45 p.m. at the chain’s location at 15110 SW 56th St.
According to Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, crews arrived to the scene and discovered the damage to the building, as well as a gas leak.
Officials quickly notified the gas company, authorities said.
One woman was taken to HCA Florida Kendall Hospital as a trauma patient, according to MDFR, while two other women taken to area hospitals.

Authorities said one of the injured women was the driver of the vehicle, which appeared to be a dark-colored SUV.
There was no word from authorities on the circumstances that led up to the vehicle crashing into the building.
