Typical widely-scattered showers and thunderstorms are likely Wednesday, but the coverage will become more widespread and heavier Thursday as the disturbance crosses from west to east, so we should expect impactful rainfall for both the morning and evening commute Thursday. <\/p>\n

Some rainfall totals could exceed 2 to 4 inches, which could lead to some street flooding, especially in those areas with poor drainage. <\/p>\n

The rain coverage backs off a bit later Friday and over the weekend, but with more sun and daytime heating there\u2019ll be some scattered afternoon and evening storms around, some of which could become severe. <\/p>\n
