{"id":1670,"date":"2026-06-04T17:37:55","date_gmt":"2026-06-04T17:37:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/southfloridamovingguides.com\/?p=1670"},"modified":"2026-06-04T17:37:55","modified_gmt":"2026-06-04T17:37:55","slug":"community-shaken-as-neighbors-mayor-remember-family-killed-in-doral-murder-suicide","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/southfloridamovingguides.com\/?p=1670","title":{"rendered":"Community shaken as neighbors, mayor remember family killed in Doral murder-suicide"},"content":{"rendered":"<article>\n<p>DORAL, Fla.  \u2014 The Doral community is mourning the loss of a family found dead inside their home earlier this week as investigators continue to look into what authorities have classified a murder-suicide.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/southfloridamovingguides.com\/?p=1668\">With Trump in a holding pattern on Iran war, allies and critics worry he risks getting boxed in<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Leer en espa\u00f1ol<\/p>\n<p>Those killed have since been identified by the Miami-Dade Sheriff\u2019s Office as Ryan Charles Whiten, 42; Melanie Lauren Hyer, 46; and their daughters, Savannah Whiten, 11, and Sienna Whiten, 8.<\/p>\n<p>Ryan Whiten and Hyer had been divorced for years, records show. <\/p>\n<p>According to investigators, Doral police officers responded to a home in the gated Doral Isles community Tuesday night after a concerned family friend requested a welfare check. <\/p>\n<p>Authorities said officers entered the home and found all four dead.
