The Hialeah woman was later arrested the next day and turned 50 while in jail.<\/p>\n<p>Police said an \u201cirate\u201d Bagley damaged the vehicle\u2019s windshield wiper, turn signal and weatherproofing as the driver tried, unsuccessfully, to stop her from stealing the Kia EV9.<\/p>\n<p>Miami Springs Police Department Chief Albert Sandoval, who doesn\u2019t officially start until Saturday, reacted to the video.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/southfloridamovingguides.com\/?p=1992\">Father testifies about son\u2019s final call as suspect seeks bond in Miami Beach high-rise murder case<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe turn signal\u2019s probably one of the first things that that stood out about this arrest and is very unique to it,\u201d Sandoval said.<\/p>\n<p>Bagley has an extensive criminal record in Miami-Dade County.
