My mom wants to talk to you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The victim said she was confused because she knows Holloway\u2019s mother died in 2017, the report stated.<\/p>\n<p>According to the report, the woman then walked toward a parked vehicle outside her home and spotted Holloway standing next to it.<\/p>\n<p>Deputies said Holloway approached the victim and asked, \u201cSo we\u2019re done?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to the report, the victim walked to her sister\u2019s home that\u2019s located on the same property as hers, believing Holloway would follow her, but she said she quickly realized Holloway had actually entered her own house.<\/p>\n<p>The report states that the victim went inside her home and Holloway threw her cellphone at her, \u201cmissing her but striking the door.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He then grabbed her by the shoulders, pushed her down onto the couch and then punched her in the bottom lip when she tried to stand up, authorities said.<\/p>\n<p>Deputies said Holloway then kicked the victim in the right leg before she ran to her bedroom and locked the door.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/southfloridamovingguides.com\/?p=2985\">Shooting your shot \u2014 inside the Flamingo Gardens Camera Club<\/a><\/p>\n<p>According to the report, Holloway began kicking the bedroom door, causing the door frame to break.<\/p>\n<p>He then continued questioning the victim about the status of their relationship as the victim repeatedly asked for her phone back, authorities said.<\/p>\n<p>According to the report, Holloway left the victim\u2019s home, but returned a short time later and continued arguing with her before hitting her in the chest area, causing redness to her chest and causing her chain to break.<\/p>\n<p>Holloway faces charges of battery and criminal mischief.<\/p>\n<p>As of Tuesday morning, he was being held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on an $1,150 bond. <\/p>\n<p>The Miramar Police Department released a statement to Local 10 Tuesday, confirming that Holloway has been \u201cplaced on administrative leave\u201d pending the outcome of an internal review. <\/p>\n<aside>\n<div><svg><title>local10 logo<\/title><defs><radialgradient><\/radialgradient><radialgradient><\/radialgradient><radialgradient><\/radialgradient><radialgradient><\/radialgradient><\/defs><g><\/g><\/svg><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u201cThe Miramar Police Department was notified by the Miami-Dade Sheriff\u2019s Office of an off-duty incident involving Sergeant Devarious Holloway.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Department acknowledges the matter referenced and has initiated a thorough administrative review in accordance with established departmental procedures.
