Dixie Highway, after receiving a report of a burglary in progress.<\/p>\n<p>The report states officers entered the building\u2019s mailroom using a law enforcement access code and found Brandon Maurice Pritchett, 40, hiding behind a wall. Police said after repeatedly ordering him to come out, Pritchett exited the mailroom.<\/p>\n<p>According to the report, Pritchett told officers he did not live at the complex but said a friend who lived there had allowed him to have a pair of shoes delivered to the building. <\/p>\n<p>Officers said during a pat-down search of Pritchett, they found a flathead screwdriver in his pocket.<\/p>\n<p>Police said Pritchett initially identified himself as \u201cRobert J.
