MIAMI \u2014 The Miami Heat continued to reshape their roster Wednesday, but they\u2019ll be moving forward without their leading scorer last season. <\/p>\n

Free agent guard Norman Powell has agreed to a two-year, $45 million contract with the Chicago Bulls, according to ESPN\u2019s Shams Charania. <\/p>\n

Powell, 33, earned his first career NBA All-Star selection with Miami last season after averaging 21.7 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game. <\/p>\n

Over the past two seasons, he averaged nearly 22 points per contest.<\/p>\n

The move comes after Miami decided to lock up another key piece of their roster.<\/p>\n

Charania also reported on Monday that forward Andrew Wiggins plans to remain in Miami by opting into the final year of his current contract for the 2026-27 season before signing a two-year, $64 million extension. <\/p>\n

The new agreement would keep Wiggins, 31, with the Heat through the 2028-29 season.<\/p>\n

According to NBA insider Chris Haynes, the Heat are alos adding free agent swingman Tim Hardaway Jr. to their roster. <\/p>\n

Hardaway Jr. is the son of former Heat star shooter Tim Hardaway.<\/p>\n

Last season with Denver, Hardaway averaged 13.5 points, 2.6 rebounds and 1.4 assists while shooting 44.7% from the field and 40.7% from downtown.<\/p>\n

Miami is also bringing back forward Simone Fontecchio on a one-year contract, according to Charania. The veteran shooter averaged 8.5 points per game while making 37.5% of his 3-point attempts last season.<\/p>\n

In addition, the Heat announced last week that they have exercised their team option on guard Pelle Larsson. <\/p>\n

Larsson, 35, appeared in 70 games during his second NBA season, averaging 11.4 points, 3.5 rebounds and 3.4 assists in 26.4 minutes per game while shooting 49.6% from the field and 79.7% from the free-throw line.<\/p>\n

The moves come after Miami acquired superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo from the Milwaukee Bucks in a blockbuster trade that sent Tyler Herro, Kel\u2019el Ware, Jaime Jaquez Jr. and multiple draft picks to Milwaukee.<\/p>\n
