We\u2019re not going to take them through the drills that we go through, you know. His brother, Ryan, won a gold medal in flag football at the 2022 Special Olympics Games.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe plays pretty much every sport out there possible, but won a gold medal down there,\u201d Gronowski said. \u201cDown there did awesome and it was so much fun, you know, seeing these kids out there today doing the same thing, going out there having fun, and there\u2019s so much that we can learn from these kids out here \u2014 just how to have fun, how to be a great teammate, and how to be good people too.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The rookies quickly learned they had to keep up with some impressive athletes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey was kind of killing me out there,\u201d Proctor said. \u201cI\u2019m not gonna lie, you know, I got some kids out there really, really working to move and it\u2019s hard, hard to catch up with them, you know.
