PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. — Police officers arrested a 40-year-old man on Monday, accused of killing ducks in Pembroke Pines.

Detective Priscilla King recently asked the public for help after a surveillance camera recorded video of a man killing the ducks on Aug. 30 near University Drive and 13th Street.
Police officers identified Christopher Antoine, a convicted felon on probation, as the suspect.

Antoine was convicted of criminal mischief of more than $1,000 after Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested him on June 5, 2024, according to Broward County court records.
Broward County Circuit Judge Lorena V. Mastrarrigo sentenced Antoine to probation. His supervision started on Dec. 5, 2024, and it was set to end on Dec. 4, 2028, according to the Florida Department of Corrections.
