Key Largo Fire Rescue celebrated Flag Day by hoisting a giant American flag for drivers to see on the Overseas Highway.
From Key Largo to Key West, fire stations along the island chain showed the colors of the USA with one of the most expansive National Flag Day displays in South Florida.

“We set up the ladder truck this morning to display the flag over at the entrance to Key Largo,” said Key Largo Fire Rescue driver/engineer Sam Huttig. “For the 250th anniversary we’re definitely proud to display the flag and show it off for our community here in Key Largo.”
