Miracle is between five and six years old and can barely stand on her own.
She was found in the bushes outside the Walgreens located at 700 W. Broward Blvd. on Saturday night.
The couple that found her called iHeart Animal Rescue, and they jumped in to take the dog to the emergency room.
The vet said despite the severe state she is in, the dog can recover, which is why the ladies at the rescue say they are going to fight for her.

“To know someone watched this dog suffer and torture it to this point, I don’t want to cry again… it’s awful,” said Cheryl Marrone with iHeart Animal Rescue.
So far, Miracle has racked up $5,000 in medical costs.
Anyone who would like to donate to help cover some of those costs can click here to do so.
The Brady Hunter Foundation donated $1,000 after hearing about Miracle.
Additionally, Marrone and Cindy Mucciaccio, the women who run iHeart Animal Rescue, are personally (separate from their rescue) offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person responsible for neglecting Miracle.
