BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. — A Broward County elementary school administrator was arrested Sunday and is being reassigned from the school following an off-campus incident, according to Broward County Public Schools.

Marc Horowitz has been charged with robbery without a firearm or weapon and touch or strike, a charge that can be associated with battery or domestic violence.
