MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — FBI agents asked for the public’s help Wednesday in identifying a suspect who they say robbed a bank in Miami-Dade County’s Westchester area last week.

Investigators said the robbery occurred at about 11:15 a.m. on July 30 at the Bank of America branch located at 8585 Coral Way.
They said the suspect entered the bank, implied he had a gun and demanded money before fleeing with an undisclosed amount of cash.
No injuries were reported.
The FBI said investigators believe the suspect has ties to Miami-Dade County and may be known in the area. Authorities warned the public not to approach the man if he is spotted and instead to contact law enforcement immediately.

Investigators said the suspect has a distinctive hairstyle that could help identify him. The back of his head is completely shaved, while the remaining hair is styled forward over the top of his head, according to FBI officials.
Authorities said the investigation is being conducted by the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, the FBI Miami Violent Crime Fugitive Task Force and the FBI.
