For the last two days, Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office deputies have been running undercover operations to make arrests at massage parlors that they suspect operate as brothels, records show.

MDSO deputies with the organized crime bureau arrested five women on Monday at four massage parlors and seven more women on Tuesday at six other businesses, records show.
The 12 women facing charges on Wednesday are Chinese nationals, and five of them listed Flushing, New York, as their permanent address, according to deputies’ arrest reports.
On Tuesday, deputies arrested Quirong Xu, Hongli Ren, Zixuan Wang, Yan Xi, Mei Lin, Xiufen Lin, and Yaoying Lin during undercover operations from about 12:30 p.m. to about 10:20 p.m., records show.
Deputies arrested Xu, 67, and Ren, 62, at 9865 SW 184 St., in Palmetto Bay, and listed her permanent address as Flushing, records show.
Deputies arrested Yaoying Lin, 58, at 7337 SW 107 Ave., in Kendall.
Deputies arrested Xiufen Lin, 51, at 10694 SW 24 St., in Westchester, and listed her permanent address as Flushing, records show.
Deputies arrested Mei Lin, 49, at 8410 West Flagler St., in Fontainebleau, and listed her permanent address as Flushing, records show.
Deputies arrested Xi, 48, at 17033 South Dixie Highway in Palmetto Bay.
Deputies arrested Wang, 46, at 7428 SW 117 Ave., in Kendall, and listed her permanent address as Flushing, records show.

On Monday, deputies arrested Yuping Li, Junrong He, Xun Ou, Qingxiang Zhu, and Youdi Zhuge.
Deputies arrested Li, 60, at 10471 SW 40 St. in the Westwood Lakes neighborhood, and listed her permanent address as Flushing, records show.
Deputies arrested Zhuge, 58, and He, 52, at 11760 SW 88 St. in Kendall.
Deputies arrested Zhu, 57, at 16938 South Dixie Highway in West Perrine.
Deputies arrested Ou, 36, at 7375 SW 24 St., in the Coral Terrace neighborhood.
THE CHARGES
Quirong Xu faced a third-degree felony charge of operating a healthcare practice or profession without an active, valid license.
Hongli Ren and Yaoying Lin faced two charges: Engaging in prostitution, and committing an unnatural and lascivious act.
Xun Ou faced three charges: Operating a healthcare practice or profession without an active, valid license, engaging in prostitution, and committing an unnatural and lascivious act.
Zixuan Wang, Yan Xi, Mei Lin, Xiufen Lin, Yuping Li, Junrong He, and Qingxiang Zhu each faced four charges: Operating a healthcare practice or profession without an active, valid license, and misdemeanor charges of practicing massage therapy without a license, engaging in prostitution, and committing an unnatural and lascivious act.
