Inspectors found rodent problems at Subway in Davie, Olivo Mediterranean Cuisine in Plantation and Nick’s Pizza in Deerfield Beach, along with roach problems at La Rivera, Q’Onda Taqueria and Asados El Paisa Broward.

Records show flies were spotted landing on food at Q’Onda Taqueria, Thyme Machine and Bagel Express.

Inspectors found everything from large amounts of rodent droppings and roaches inside refrigerators to flies landing on food and mold-like buildup inside an ice machine.

They also found food being held at unsafe temperatures and employees failing to properly wash their hands.

At Bagel Express, inspectors had to return three times before they were allowed to re-open.

Below is a list of the places inspected and some of the violations inspectors found.

All of the establishments mentioned have been allowed to re-open following an ordered cleanup and re-inspection.

No restaurant kitchens in the Florida Keys were ordered shut.
